Privacy Policy
Effective January 2026. Halcyon Meridian respects guest privacy on the mesa road and online.
Information we collect
When you reserve lodging, dining, or recovery services, we collect name, contact details, payment information, arrival dates, and preferences you provide (dietary needs, accessibility requests). Copper Salon entry verification checks photo ID at the door; we do not photocopy or store ID images.
Website visits may log standard server data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source. Our static site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use information
Guest data supports reservations, billing, safety, and service quality — room assignment, kitchen allergy alerts, plunge appointment scheduling, and compliance with gaming regulations in the optional salon. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Marketing emails send only with your opt-in. Transactional messages (confirmations, schedule changes) send regardless of marketing preference.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors, property insurers, and regulators when law requires — for example salon incident reporting. Vendors contractually must protect data and use it only for contracted services.
Retention & rights
Reservation records retain seven years for tax and audit purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion where law permits by contacting Email guest services.
Security
Physical guest files stay in locked office storage. Electronic systems use access controls and encrypted transmission for payments. No method is perfectly secure; report concerns promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes post on this page with a revised effective date.
