Guest Gaming Guidelines

The Copper Salon at Halcyon Meridian is a small, optional room for adults who choose table games on property. These guidelines protect guests and staff. Your courtyard stay never depends on entering this space.

Who may enter

Guests age 18 and older with valid government photo ID. Staff verify at the door each visit. We do not retain copies of identification. Persons visibly intoxicated or unable to present acceptable ID will be turned away without refund of any prior buy-in handled elsewhere.

House standards

  • Twelve table positions maximum — no crowding, no standing rail bets
  • Low ambient volume; phones on silent
  • Cash and chips per posted table limits
  • No photography on the gaming floor
  • Staff may pause play if disputes arise; management decision is final

Stay in control

Gaming should remain leisure, not income strategy. Set a spending limit before you sit. Use the courtyard walk — step outside, breathe jasmine air, reset. Halcyon Meridian does not extend credit, markers, or ATM surcharges inside the salon.

If play stops feeling optional, ask any floor host for a voluntary cool-off. We can hold your room key at guest services while you take a plunge channel dip or eat at the Ember Line. Self-exclusion requests honored in writing for six months minimum.

Resources

If you or someone you travel with needs help with gambling-related harm, contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 (US) or visit ncpgambling.org. Regional support listings available at guest services.

Halcyon Meridian is a courtyard stay first. The Copper Salon exists for guests who want it — quietly, separately, and always by choice.
