Reservations & payment

Lodging confirmations require valid payment method. Rates quoted at booking; taxes and fees disclosed before charge. We accept major cards and approved corporate accounts. Deposits may apply for group blocks and holiday weekends.

Cancellation: lodging cancelled 72+ hours before arrival receives full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the first night. No-shows forfeit the full stay. Dining reservations release unpaid holds four hours before service.

Property conduct

Guests receive courtyard access during stay dates. Quiet hours in sleeping wings: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas away from adobe air intakes. Pets are not permitted except certified service animals with advance notice.

Plunge courts: no diving, no glass, children under 14 with adult supervision. Damage to adobe, fixtures, or linens bills to the responsible party.

Copper Salon

The optional gaming salon operates under separate house rules and regional gaming law. Entry 18+ with valid photo ID. Management may refuse or eject persons who are intoxicated, disruptive, or underage. Gaming carries financial risk; see guest gaming guidelines.

Liability

Halcyon Meridian maintains property insurance but is not liable for guest valuables left unattended, personal injury from misuse of facilities, or events beyond reasonable control (extreme weather, utility failure). Vehicles park at owner risk in the complimentary lot.
